Exfoliate and shave or wax at least 24 hours beforehand, and arrive with clean, product-free skin (no moisturiser, make-up or deodorant). Wear loose, dark clothing to your appointment.
Typically five to seven days, depending on your skin and aftercare. Moisturise daily and avoid long, hot showers and swimming to keep your tan even as it fades.
