Nu Beauty was established in 2021 by Claire Kennedy and her daughters. What began as one Haverhill salon has grown into two Suffolk locations and a passionate team - with an Elemis partnership and a focus on advanced skin.
Our story
Nu Beauty was founded in 2021 by Claire Kennedy, who set out to build a salon her own family would be happy to walk into - one where treatments are done properly, without the rush, and where every client is looked after like a regular from the very first visit.
Claire runs Nu Beauty alongside her daughters, and that family ethos shapes how the whole team works. What started as a single salon on Hollands Road in Haverhill has since grown into two Suffolk locations - the Haverhill salon and NU Studio in Kedington - serving a loyal clientele across west Suffolk.
From the start, the priority has been a proper, full beauty and hair menu under one roof, with real care taken over advanced skin. Becoming an official Elemis partner salon was a natural step - bringing the brand's prescriptive facial ritual to Suffolk - and it reflects what Claire wants Nu Beauty to stand for: trusted results, a warm welcome, and a team you come back to.
