Allow around two to three hours depending on length and how light you are going. Because balayage grows out softly, most clients refresh it every three to four months, with a toner or gloss in between to keep it bright.
A half head places foils through the top and sides where the light hits; a full head adds foils underneath and all the way round for an all-over lift. Your stylist recommends the right one at your consultation.
